Warranty
All Vostok Europe watches are covered by a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, as described in the User Manual.
Note: Local consumer protection laws may apply in your country and may override the terms of this warranty where required by law.
Warranty Conditions
Warranty service will not be provided if:
- The watch is not accompanied by the User Manual and the original warranty certificate.
 - The warranty certificate is missing the authorized retailer’s signature and purchase date.
 - The watch has been opened, repaired, or modified by any unauthorized person or service center.
 - The watch has been used in a way that is not in line with the instructions in the User Manual.
 
⚠️ Warning: Any unauthorized opening or repair will void the warranty.
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, discoloration, patina on bronze cases, etc.).
 - Damage to external components: case, crystal, crown, pushers, strap, bracelet, or packaging.
 - Battery replacement or other consumable parts.
 - Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or water exposure beyond the rated water resistance (as marked on the watch and explained in the User Manual).
 
How to Get Warranty Service
If a manufacturing defect is found during the warranty period, the watch can be serviced only at an authorized warranty service center, as indicated by your local distributor.
To receive service, you must provide:
- The warranty certificate
 - A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
 
Claims for replacement or refund are accepted only if an official certificate is issued by an authorized service center confirming that the defect cannot be repaired under warranty.
