Return Policy

At Vostok Europe, we stand behind every product. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, you can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order.  

• Free Returns: We offer free return shipping within the United States.
• Return Conditions: Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging, with all tags and protective materials intact.
• How to Return: To initiate a return, go to your order and select the “Create a Return” option. Then, follow the instructions to complete the online return form.
• Shipping Deadline: Your return package must be shipped within 14 days of the delivery date.
  

Refund Policy

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

  International Returns

  Canada & European Union

  Same as U.S. returns: 14 days from delivery, Vostok Europe pays return shipping. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags and protective materials intact.

  Asia-Pacific & Singapore

  All orders shipped to Asia-Pacific (Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan) and Singapore are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, except in the case of a manufacturing defect covered under warranty. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
