Lunokhod-2, the lunar rover that landed on the Moon on January 15, 1973, operated for about four months. During this time, it covered 37 kilometers of terrain and sent back 86 panoramic images and over 80,000 pictures to Earth. This 37-kilometer journey was the longest distance traveled by a robotic rover on another celestial body until the 21st century.

More About the Model

Case
Designed for extreme environments — from sea diving to space exploration.
The robust 49 mm stainless steel case features a professional diver’s bezel and offers water resistance up to 20 bar (200 m), ensuring durability in the harshest conditions.
The case is also equipped with an automatic helium release valve — a spring-loaded, one-way system that activates under critical pressure differentials, making it an essential tool for deep-sea divers working in mixed-gas environments.

Dial
The multi-layer dial is safeguarded by a hardened 3.5 mm K1 crystal, combining strength and clarity.
Enhanced with 13 Swiss-made tritium tubes mounted vertically on the dial and 2 in the hands, the watch delivers exceptional readability in low-light conditions.
Tritium illumination requires no external charging, is fully maintenance-free, and ensures continuous luminosity for at least 10 years.

Movement
Powered by a sophisticated Japanese quartz movement.
Functions include a perpetual calendar, 24-hour chronograph, and sound alarm — providing maximum precision and versatility.
