$1,133.00

Robert Oppenheimer was the head of the Los Alamos Laboratory and the Manhattan Project, which developed the first nuclear weapons. After World War II, Oppenheimer became the chairman of the influential General Advisory Committee of the newly established U.S. Atomic Energy Commission. In that role, he advocated for international control of nuclear power to prevent nuclear proliferation and a nuclear arms race with the Soviet Union.

More About the Model

Case
The Atomic Age Collection is inspired by the greatest nuclear physicists of the 20th century. This model belongs to the Oppenheimer line.

It combines a unique techno-futuristic polygonal case design with advanced features such as tritium tube illumination and a complex multifunctional quartz movement. Each case is crafted with precision from two welded metal components and reinforced with two rivets, ensuring exceptional durability and longevity.

Dial

  • The hands are meticulously brushed and skeletonized, enhancing both the aesthetic appeal and readability of the watch.
  • The dial features a distinctive grain texture and polished metal indexes with vertically mounted tritium tubes that provide outstanding, long-lasting luminosity — adding a touch of "Atomic Power" to the overall design.
  • The solid case back is decorated with a 3D engraving of the Atomic Age Collection logo.

Accessories

  • The specially designed integrated silicone straps feature ventilation holes, ensuring excellent comfort even during extended wear.
  • Each package includes both silicone and genuine leather straps, allowing for easy style changes to suit any occasion.
  • Every timepiece is delivered in a shockproof and waterproof Red VE Dry Box XL, which can be transformed into a collector’s case for up to four watches.
